Katrina – Grocery Manager & Assistant Store Manager
Katrina has over 35 years of retail experience, previously working for Carrs Quality Centers. Born and raised in Alaska, Katrina loves to play hockey, hike, fish and spend time with her family! She’s been happily married for over 25 years to the love of her life, and enjoys living in Spokane. Katrina is a people person and is thrilled to be providing excellent customer service at My Fresh Basket.
Des – Deli Manager
Des boasts more than 50 years of experience in the food service industry! Hailing from Skagit Valley, she relocated to Spokane in 2019. Des enjoys quality time with her two grandkids and family, and she has a passion for sewing, gardening, and preparing healthy meals. Additionally, she is our resident Plant Lady, always eager to be the first to scoop up the latest tropical plants from the Floral Department.
Matthew – Meat and Seafood Manager
Roxy – Bakery Manager
Roxy contributes six years of professional baking expertise and a collection of baking awards to our team. What began as a means to support her son during the pandemic has blossomed into a deep-seated passion, deeply intertwined with family traditions. Inspired by her grandfather, an accomplished baker, she continues his legacy by crafting rustic, homemade delights that offer comfort in every bite.
Zena – General Merchandise Manager
Zena has worked in the grocery field for over 30 years. Originally from Omak, Washington, Zena loves playing soccer, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family, including her new grandbabies!
Sean – Produce Manager
Delia – Espresso Manager
Delia has worked in retail for over 9 years. She started with coffee as a hobby and it quickly turned into a passion she loves to do each day. She likes to try different blends from across the world and build lasting relationships with each drink made. In her off-time, she enjoys all things outdoors, such as Hunting, Fishing and Hiking just to name a few.
