Matt – Store Director

Matt started out in the grocery industry as a courtesy clerk at age 14, and then moved onto meat cutting and then store management. In his free time, you’ll catch him out on a lake chasing Bass and Tiger Muskies!


Katrina – Grocery and Assistant Store Manager

Katrina has over 25 years of retail experience, previously working for Carrs Quality Centers. Born and raised in Alaska, Katrina loves to play hockey, hike, and fish! She’s been happily married for 18 years to the love of her life, and enjoys living in Spokane. Katrina is a people person and is thrilled to be providing excellent customer service at My Fresh Basket.


Eva – Bakery Manager 

A Seattle native, Eva recently relocated to Spokane. She’s been a pastry chef for 8 years, working for several waterfront restaurants. Her specialties are are colorful and flavorful rustic style desserts.


Victoria – Deli Manager 

Victoria has been working in restaurants, grocery, and customer service since 1999. She has lived all over the US as well as both Spain and Iceland! She loves traveling, history, music, science fiction, and horror movies. Stop by the deli and say hello, she’ll be happy to help you choose great items for the next event you are hosting or assist you in finding the perfect item for lunch.


Greg – Meat and Seafood Manager 

Greg started cutting meat in 1976 in his hometown of Lewiston, Idaho. He transferred to Spokane in 1985, and has been here working in the meat and grocery industry ever since! Greg is a car guy, and recently rebuilt a 1969 convertible Camaro. On his days off, you can find him working on cars, golfing, or hanging out with his wife of over 33 years.


Zena – General Merchandise Manager 

Zena has worked in the grocery field for 24 years. Originally from Omak, Washington, Zena loves playing soccer, paddle boarding, and spending time with her 3 sons!


Madison – Front End Manager

Maddie started as a courtesy clerk in 2012, then moved into management through the front-end. Her top priority is to provide exceptional customer service to each and every guest. On her days off, you can find Maddie hiking with her husband and dogs, or shopping at My Fresh Basket.


Travis – Produce Manager

Travis’s great-grandfather was born in Oslo, Norway in 1865 and emigrated to America in 1886, first settling in Seattle, and then Spokane, eventually establishing a homestead in Nez Pierce, ID. His family has continued to list in the Inland Empire since. Travis joined the Navy after graduating from Pasco High School in 2002, adn served onboard the USS Cushing (DD-985) and the USS Stethem (DDG-63). He studied at Univeristy of Washington and has worked in the produce business for over a decade. On his days off you will find him enjoying road trips, art, books, history, and playing golf.


Christine – Espresso Manager

Christine has been working in customer service since she was 16, the last 10 years of that time has been in coffee. On her days off she likes to go out and listen to live music, hike, cook, bake, workout, and spend time with her two dogs.


Blake – Events Coordinator

A culinary professional since 1996, Blake attended South Puget Sound Community College’s culinary program in Olympia, Washington. He worked in and around the Seattle area before owning & operating a restaurant in Hood Canal. Following a stint in Houston, Texas, he took a position as a sous chef at the acclaimed Bouchon Bistro in Napa Valley, California, before returning to Seattle and migrating to the grocery business. Most recently, Black worked in Los Angeles, California, at Bristol Farms before moving to Spokane to be closer to family. Blake is passionate about all things creative, especially food.


Ellie – Office Manager

Ellie started at My Fresh Basket as the assistant bookkeeper while completing her bachelor’s degree at Easter Washington University. Upon graduation, she became the office manager. Ellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially those that surround her at work!


Lauren – Floral Manager

Lauren has had a passion for design and decor since she was very young. Since then, she has turned that passion into a career with floral design and horticulture. Her specialty is rustic and unique with a modern flair. In her spare time you will catch her hanging out with her dog, Doug!
